Relief in Action
What Your Support Has Already Made Possible so far:
We ensure immediate relief reaches the most severely affected parishes (St. James, Trelawny, St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Manchester, Clarendon, St. Ann, St. Mary and Hanover).
There’s a role for everyone, whether you’re giving, volunteering, partnering, or simply sharing the story.
Rebuilding After Crisis
Why We Exist
Jamaica is no stranger to crisis, from hurricanes to floods and other sudden emergencies. In the aftermath, vulnerable communities suffer the most: lost shelter, limited access to safe water, disrupted supply chains. The Jamaica Relief Collective was established to ensure that when the call goes out, help arrives fast, effective, and trustworthy.
We meet immediate relief needs, then turn toward long-term recovery. It’s not just about day-one survival, it’s about communities regaining stability, dignity and the tools to thrive.
Our Key Values:
Speed & Reach
We tap into an existing network of 750+ churches and countless volunteers across Jamaica so help can move where it’s needed most.
Locally Grounded
We are on the ground in Jamaica. We know the terrain, the people, the communities.
Transparent & Accountable
Donations are tracked and distributed via verified channels; we believe in full accountability to our donors and the communities we serve.
Emergency Food
Providing ready-to-eat meals and essential food supplies to families who lost access to kitchens, electricity, and local markets.
Safe Water
Delivering clean drinking water, purification tools, and sanitation items to prevent sickness and protect vulnerable communities.
Shelter
Supplying tarpaulins, roofing materials, and basic tools so families can secure damaged homes and stay safe while rebuilding begins.
Your gift brings relief, hope, and restoration.
We’re Helping Today. Helping Tommorow
Your gift brings relief, hope, and restoration.
When disaster strikes, every dollar makes a difference. Your donation helps us deliver emergency food, safe water, hygiene supplies, and shelter materials directly to families affected by Hurricane Melissa. Because we work through a trusted, island-wide network, your support moves fast and reaches the communities that need it most.
How your donation helps:
- $25 provides a hygiene kit for a family
- $50 helps deliver meals and clean water
- $100 supports tarpaulins, tools, and essential supplies
- Any amount makes an immediate impact
